京津冀协同发展背景下涞源县城镇团发展对策分析

Laiyuan Urban Group Development Countermeasure Analysis Under the Background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development

涞源县是保定西部的山区县,京津冀协同发展为其发展创造了新的机会。涞源必须在京津保协同发展和"大保定"发展格局下谋求发展。涞源具有丰富的生态旅游资源,接近"京津保三角形",位于"京石同三角形"的中心位置,这些都是涞源发展的有利条件,但也存在着诸多制约因素。在涞源城镇化过程中,必须以涞源为中心构建放射状交通网络,同时发展"涞源县—易县""涞源县—满城区""涞源县—阜平县"三条城镇发展线,同时要坚持"分步""分片""沿线""成团"的原则,构建C1、C2、C3三个城镇团,通过以点带面、以中间带动两边、先北后南的发展顺序推动全域城镇化水平提升。在此过程中,景区发展与镇级中心地同时发挥带动作用。

Laiyuan is a mountain county located in the west Baoding, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration brings opportunities for Baoding development. Baoding must chase for new development under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding integration and“big Baoding”developing pattern. Lai source has the rich eco-tourism resources, close to the“Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding triangle” , located in the center of the“Beijing-Shijiazhuang-Datong triangle” , all of which are the favorable conditions for Laiyuan development, but also there are many restricting factors. In the process of urbanization, Laiyuan must constructa radial transport network taking Laiyuan as the center, at the same time developing“Laiyuan-Yixian”town developing line,“Laiyuan-Mancheng”town developing line,“Laiyuan-Fuping”town developing line, and adhere to the“step-by-step” ,“part by part” “ along line” ,“developing as group”developing principle, constructing C1, C2, C3 urban group, by way of“from point to area” ,“middle first and both side latter” ,“north first and south latter” , the entire area of Laiyuan urbanization level can be elevated. During this process, both scenic area development and township center must play a leading role at the same time.
