农业与农业服务业协同发展对策研究——以安徽省为例

Research of the Countermeasures of Coordinated Development of Agriculture and Agricultural Service Industry——An Example of Anhui Province

农业与农业服务业协同的发展,是转变农业发展方式和实现乡村振兴的重要路径。结合2003至2016年安徽农业与农业服务业发展数据,构建安徽农业、农业服务业发展指数评价体系,利用熵值法计算指标权重并计算两系统发展指数;通过耦合模型对安徽农业—农业服务业耦合协同关系进行定量研究。结果表明:安徽农业—农业服务业系统由"农业滞后型"转为"农业服务业滞后型",系统间作用历经了低水平—拮抗期—磨合期的耦合阶段,关联作用提高;系统间协同发展水平从严重失调状态演变为中级协调状态,呈现了同步上涨的良好态势。推进农业服务业升级转型,需要培育新型农业服务业经营主体,提升农业社会化服务硬件水平,强化农业服务业配套平台建设。

The coordinated development of agriculture and agricultural service industry is an important path totransform the mode of agricultural development and realize rural revitalization. According to the development dataof agriculture and agricultural service industry from 2003 to 2016 in Anhui province,the evaluation system of de？velopment index of agriculture and agricultural service industry was constructed. The entropy method was used tocalculate the index weight and the system development index. Through the coupling model,the quantitative analy？sis of the coupling relationship between agriculture and agricultural service industry was carried out. The resultsshow that the agriculture-agricultural service industry system in Anhui province has changed from“agriculturallag type”to“agricultural service industry lag type”,and the interaction has experienced a low level-antagonistic pe？riod-run-in period coupling stage,and the correlation effect is improved;The level of inter system coordinated de？velopment has evolved from a state of serious imbalance to a state of intermediate coordination,showing a goodtrend of synchronous rise. In order to promote the upgrading and transformation of the agricultural service industry,it is necessary to cultivate new agricultural service industry business entity,improve the level of agricultural social？ization service hardware,and strengthen the construction of supporting platforms for agricultural service industry.
