聚乙烯对降解胶粉复配橡胶沥青性能的影响

摘要 文章采用双螺杆挤出机对传统橡胶粉进行物理降解处理得到深度降解胶粉,并采用不同类型聚乙烯改性剂对降解胶粉进行复配改性,得到不同类型聚乙烯橡胶沥青。通过对不同类型橡胶沥青和工厂化PR橡胶沥青、路耐特橡胶沥青进行常规性能指标检测和高温流变特性测试,研究得出:聚乙烯改性剂可有效提高橡胶沥青弹性恢复性能和低温抗裂性能;由动态剪切流变温度扫描试验条件下的复数模量、相位角及抗车辙因子等指标得出3B型聚乙烯改性效果最佳;与工厂化橡胶沥青粘弹性能相比,单纯采用聚乙烯进行复配改性橡胶沥青尚不能满足推广应用需求,为复合改性橡胶沥青的进一步研究提供理论依据。 In this article, the traditional rubber powder was physically degraded by twin-screw extruder to obtain the deep-degraded rubber powder, and the different types of polyethylene modifiers were used to modify and degrade the rubber powder to obtain different types of polyethylene rubber asphalt.Through testing the conventional performance indicators and high-temperature rheological properties of different types of rubber asphalt and factoryized PR rubber asphalt and Lunet rubber as- phalt, the research concluded that the polyethylene modifier can effectively improve the elastic recov- ery performance and low-temperature anti-cracking performance of rubber asphalt; the complex modulus,phase angle,anti-rutting factor and other parameters under dynamic shear rheological temperature scanning test conditions proved that 3B-type polyethylene has best effect; compared with viscoelastic properties of factoryized rubber asphalt,the use of polyethylene alone for compounding modified rubber asphalt can not meet the needs of popularization and application,which can provide the theoretical basis for the further study of compounded modified rubber asphalt.
