摘要
文章依托柳州至南宁改扩建工程№7标段项目部工地现场制作的钢管混凝土试件,利用ZBL-U520非金属超声检测仪对钢管混凝土试件进行数据采集,整理分析钢管混凝土试件的超声波检测数据,研究钢管混凝土试件的管内法兰盘对超声波检测结果的影响情况,为后期来宾马滩红水河特大桥主桥拱肋的超声波检测数据进行标定校准,确保检测数据的合理性及可靠性。
Relying on the concrete-filled steel tube specimens produced on the site of No.7 Segment project department of Liuzhou-Nanning reconstruction and expansion project, this article used the ZBL-U520 non-metallic ultrasonic detector for the data collection of concrete-filled steel tube speci- mens,analyzed the ultrasonic testing data of concrete-filled steel tubular specimens, and studied the effect of the flanges inside the concrete-filled steel tube specimen on ultrasonic testing results,which can provide the standard calibration for the ultrasonic testing data of the main bridge arch-ribs of Ma- tan Hongshui River Bridge in Laibin,and ensure the rationality and reliability of testing data.
