“适合的职业教育”:产教深度融合的发展追求--基于区域产教融合发展工程的建设思考 被引量:2

摘要 现代职业院校要为学习者的发展提供适合的教育,要将满足个体发展、社会需求作为办学的逻辑起点和实践指向,而有着"跨界性、双主体性和动态适应性"等特征的产教深度融合、校企紧密合作是关键。职业院校必须紧随区域产业结构的调整,依托区域产教融合发展工程项目的建设,围绕职业标准,实施产教人员、场所、过程和内容的融合,探索适合不同学习者的活动课程、教学方式和教学组织形式,使政府发展的、学校举办的、社会认可的、个体接受的"适合的职业教育"落地生根,最终高质量地解决好区域人才供需错位的突出问题。 In order to provide suitable education for the learners' development, modern vocationalcolleges should take satisfying individual development and social needs as the logical starting pointand practical orientation for school running. Its key is the deep integration of production andeducation with the characteristics of "cross-border, dual-subjectivity and dynamic adaptability" and theclose cooperation between the schools and enterprises. Vocational colleges and universities must followthe adjustment of regional industrial structure, rely on the construction of the project of regionalintegration of production and education, implement the integration of personnel, places, processes andcontents around the professional standards, explore the activity curriculum, teaching methods andteaching organization forms suitable for different learners, so as to enable the "suitable vocationaleducation" run by the government, approved by the society and accepted by the individual to takeroots, and finally solve the problem of the dislocation of regional talent supply and demand with highquality.
