摘要
现代学徒制本土化的实践与推进需要完善的保障机制。在分析现代学徒制保障机制各参与主体的作用和职责的基础上,依据现代学徒制保障机制目标,从政策、管理和质量等方面构建现代学徒本土化保障机制体系,推动现代学徒制本土化发展。
The practice and promotion of the localization of modern apprenticeship requires asound guarantee mechanism. Based on the analysis of the roles and responsibilities of the participantsin modern apprenticeship guarantee mechanism, and according to the its objectives, the paperconstructs modern apprenticeship localization guarantee mechanism system from the aspects of policy,management and quality, and promotes the development of modern apprenticeship localization.
