家庭自行保健推拿干预体虚易感儿的临床研究

Clinical Study on Family Self-care Massage Intervention for Physical Deficiency and Susceptible Children

目的观察医生指导家庭自行保健推拿结合穴位敷贴治疗体虚易感儿临床疗效。方法将160例体虚易感儿随机分为观察组,对照组,各80例。观察组采用医生指导下家庭自行保健推拿结合穴位敷贴,推拿从入伏第1 d开始,每日1次,连续推拿10 d,后隔日1次,末伏结束。第2个疗程从冬至开始,推拿每日1次,连续推拿9 d,后隔日1次,三九结束。穴位敷贴分别于头伏、中伏、末伏、一九、二九、三九共贴6次。对照组敷贴同观察组。结果观察组总有效率88. 15%,明显高于对照组敷贴组66. 11%(P <0. 05)。结论医生指导下家庭自行保健推拿结合穴位敷贴治疗体虚易感儿临床疗效显著,可明显提高患儿的免疫力。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of family self-care massage combined with acupoint application guided by doctors on the treatment of physical deficiency and susceptible children. Methods： 160 children patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 80 cases per group. The observation group, under the guidance of doctors, used the family self-care massage combined with acupoint application. The massage started from the first day of the beginning of the hottest part of the summer, once a day for successive 10 days, and then, once every other day, and ended in the last of the three ten-day periods of the hot season. The second course started from the winter solstice, and the massages were used once a day for successive 9 days, then every other day, and ended in the？third？nine-day period？after？the day of the winter solstice.The acupoint application was applied 6 times in the first of the three ten-day periods, the second of the three ten-day periods and the last of the three ten-day periods of the hot season, and the first nine-day period, and the second nine-day and the third nine-day after？the day of the winter solstice. The acupoint application was applied to the control group in the same way as the observation group. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.15%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （66.11%） （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Under the guidance of doctors, the family self-care massage combined with acupoint application for the treatment of physical deficiency and susceptible children has a significant clinical effect and can significantly improve the immunity of children.
