HPLC法测定罗汉膏中罗汉果皂苷Ⅴ的含量

Determination of Mogroside Ⅴ in Luohan Ointment by HPLC

目的建立罗汉膏中罗汉果皂苷Ⅴ的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent SBC18(250mm×4. 6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(22:78),检测波长为203 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1. 0 m L/min。结果罗汉膏中的罗汉果皂苷Ⅴ线性关系良好(范围:0. 1954~3. 908μg,r=0. 9999),加样回收率平均为100. 08%,RSD为2. 16%。结论所建方法简便、快速,可用于罗汉膏中罗汉果皂苷Ⅴ的含量测定。

Objective：To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of mogroside V in Luohan Ointment. Methods：High performance liquid chromatography was used. The column was Agilent SB-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（22：78）,the detection wavelength was 203 nm,the column temperature was 30°C,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results：The Mogroside V in Luohan Ointment has a good linearity at the range of 0.1954 to3.908μg, r =0.9999. The average recovery rate was 100.08% and the RSD was 2.16%. Conclusion：The method is simple and rapid,and can be used to determine the content of mogroside V in Luohan Ointment.
