江西省高校创新创业教育现状、关键影响因素分析及政策建议

The Status Quo and Key Influencing Factors of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Universities of Jiangxi Province and Policy Recommendations

创新创业教育已然成为我国当下地方高校工作重点之一。对江西省10所地方高校创新创业教育的问卷调查表明,江西省高校对创新创业教育高度重视,组织管理工作富有成效,创新创业教育各项评价指标得到较快提升。分析影响高校创新创业教育质量的关键因素,发现参加创新创业的学生、创业指导教师和高校内外部创新创业环境是决定创新创业教育质量的关键。因此,应从转变创新创业教育理念、健全创新创业课程体系、构建创新创业实践平台、加强创新创业师资队伍建设、营造创新创业良好氛围等方面着手,以便进一步提高创新创业教育质量。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become one of the focuses of local universities. The questionnaire survey on innovation and entrepreneurship education in 10 local in Jiangxi province shows that these universities in Jiangxi province attach great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the organization and management work is fruitful,and the evaluation indexes of innovation and entrepreneurship education have been improved rapidly. The key factors affecting the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities are analyzed. It is found that the key to determine the quality of the innovation and entrepreneurship education is to take part in the innovative and entrepreneurial students,the entrepreneurial tutors and the innovation and entrepreneurship environment in the universities. In order to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education,we should change the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,improve the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship,build the platform for innovation and entrepreneurship,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and create a good atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship.
