摘要
以"运动训练学"教学内容为基础,以"翻转课堂"教学模式为手段,以实验班和对照班为研究对象,对运动训练学课程进行教学改革研究,分别从课程资源、课程实施、教学效果、教学手段等方面进行深入探索。研究得出"翻转课堂"教学模式对于提高学生学习积极性和自主性、团队合作能力、语言表达能力都有积极的作用。建议继续加大对"翻转课堂"教学改革的支持,优化网络教学平台,改进教学手段。
Taking the teaching mode of"flipped classroom " as a mean,this paper studies the teaching reform of Theories of Sports Training course with the experimental class and the control class as the research objects,based on the teaching content of"Theories of Sports Training". It explores the curriculum resources,curriculum implementation,teaching effect and teaching methods in depth. The research shows that the teaching mode of"flipped classroom " has a positive effect on improving students' learning enthusiasm and autonomy,teamwork ability and language expression ability. It is suggested that we should continue to increase the support for the teaching reform of"flipped classroom",improve the teaching means,optimize the network teaching platform,make it more in line with the teaching reform needs of physical education theory courses,improve the teaching quality of physical education,and provide reference for enriching and perfecting the theory of physical education.
