群体性化学中毒事件院内急救护理关键要素的质性研究

A qualitative study on key elements of emergency care for mass chemical casualties in hospitals

目的描述并分析护士参与群体性化学中毒伤病员医院内救护实践过程中的重点环节和要素。方法运用半结构化访谈法,深入访谈具有群体性化学中毒事件院内急救经历的13名护士,并对访谈资料逐一进行编码、分析。结果针对群体性化学中毒事件院内急救的组织管理及专业救护提炼出6个主题:合理配置护士人力资源,做好个人防护,尽早实施清洗消毒,加强病情监测,重视气道管理,关注特殊用药。结论化学伤害事故救治医院应完善群体性化学中毒事件院内救护的组织管理机制,并且形成包含清洗消毒处置、个人防护等措施在内的针对性的急诊救护方案。

Objective To investigate the nurses＇ practical experiences and key elements of the emergency care for mass chemical casualties in hospitals. Methods the experiences of emergency care for mass casualty A qualitative study was used to interview 13 nurses with chemical incidents. Results Six themes were identified： Rational allocation of nursing human resources, proper personal protection, early implementation of decontamination, strengthening disease monitoring, tocusing on airway management and special drugs. Conclusion The hospitals should improve the emergency management system, and develop the emergency plan for mass chemical casualties
