乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗期间人体成分的调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗期间人体成分情况,为动态监测乳腺癌患者营养状况提供依据。方法选取2014年7月—2015年2月就诊于上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院的内分泌治疗期乳腺癌患者183例,利用多频分节段生物电阻抗分析方法分析患者人体成分,探讨不同内分泌治疗方案及具体药物对患者人体成分的影响。结果 183例患者中,83例为正常体重,93例为超重或肥胖,149例体脂百分比超标准(> 28%),91例腰围超标准(> 80 cm),且内分泌治疗对患者体质指数(body mass index,BMI)、体脂肪、体脂百分比、内脏脂肪面积、腰围、上臂肌围、ECW/TBW作用明显。结论内分泌治疗期乳腺癌患者存在营养过剩的现象,不同内分泌治疗方案对患者营养状况具有一定影响,应定期监测人体成分,全面评价营养状况,有效促进患者健康体重管理,延长患者生存期。 Objective To observe the body composition in breast cancer patients during endocrine therapy so as to provide evidence tor the dynamic monitoring of their nutritional status. Methods From July 2014 to February 2015, segmental multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis (SMFBIA) was adopted to analyze the body composition in breast cancer patients during endocrine therapy in Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and to explore the influences of different endocrine therapies and specific drugs on body composition. Results In 183 breast cancer patients during endocrine therapy, there were 45.36% (83/183) with nomlal weight, and 50. 82% (93/183)were overweight or obese; Body fat percentage in 81.42% (149/183) patients was excess ( 〉 28% ) ; Waist circumierence in 49.73% (91/183) patients was excess ( 〉80 cm). Endocrine therapy had significant effects on body mass index (BMI), body fat, body fat percentage, visceral fat area, waist circumference, upper arm muscle circumierence, ECW/TBW. Conclusion Excessive nutrition exists in breast cancer patients during endocrine therapy. Diiterent endocrine therapies have influences on nutritional status. Body composition in breast cancer patients in order to comprehensively and objectively evaluate patients' nutritional status, health, weight management and survival should be regularly effectively improve patients.
