通过对部分国家示范性高职院校的相关数据采集与分析,发现向更高水平创新发展的国家示范性高职院校必然会"牢牢抓住全面提高人才培养能力这个核心点",在坚持立德树人办学根本上,更加充分彰显让人人都能成才、人人都有机会人生出彩的人才培养特色;在坚持产教融合、校企合作,坚持工学结合、知行合一办学理念上,更加注重创建深度协同育人的办学实体促进人才培养创新;在坚持服务发展、促进就业的办学方向上,更加突出夯实以专业、师资、平台、成果、声誉等为代表的人才培养资源。

The National Exemplary Higher Vocational Colleges which are developing towards a higher level of innovation will inevitably ＂firmly grasp the core point of comprehensively improving talent training abilities＂. On the basis of sticking to the principle of establishing morality and cultivating people in the college governing, the characteristics of talent training will be more fully highlighted so that every- student can become successful and each student has the opportunity- to make a brilliant life. In order to realize those purposes, these colleges should adhere to the concept of college -industry- integration, knowledge - practice integration, paying more attention to the creation of a deep collaborative education entities to promote talent training as well as sticking in the direction of serving development and promoting employment, more prominent tamping of such talent training resources as specialties, teachers, platforms, achievements and reputations.
