基于高职学生学习效率提升的元认知学习策略研究

摘要 元认知策略主要包括意识、指导、体验、调节与监控等,能够行之有效地帮助高职学生在专业课程的学习过程中快速提升学习效率。高职专业课程相较于普通本科课程更注重高职学生的实践性、专业性与自主性等能力,从而要求高职学生应密切关注自身学习的高效率。通过调查,分析了现阶段高职学生专业课程学习过程中学习效率低下的现状及原因,在高职学生的专业课程教学过程中运用元认知策略,从意识、学习计划、监控、评估和自我管理等对高职学生进行有效的针对性培训,促进其学习效率的提升。 The metacognitive strategy- mainly includes such strategies as consciousness, guidance, experience, adjustment and monitoring, which are effective means to promote the learning efficiency of majoring courses for higher vocational students. The higher vocational students should paymore special attention to the high efficiency of learning due to their practical, professional and autononfie characteristics than the undergraduate students. This paper has analyzed the present situation and causes for the weakness of learning efficiency of majoring courses learned for higher vocational college students, and made full use of metaeognitive strategies in the teaching process of majoring courses in higher vocational education. Effective training and application of metaeognitive strategies have been used to promote the efficiency of higher vocational students' learning in the aspects of awareness, learning planning, monitoring and evaluation, and self - managenlent based on a large number of investigations completed.
