摘要
高职教师教学业绩评价中存在以下四个问题:一是发展性缺失,评价没有很好顾及教师和学生的发展;二是真实性缺失,评价的信度和效度不高;三是评价的专业性缺失,参与评价的人员专业水平不高,专业性被利益博弈解构;四是人文性缺失,评价缺少对教师基本的人文关怀和正向激励作用。相应的对策措施是树立正确的教学业绩评价观,增强评价指标的客观性和可比较性,增强教学业绩评价的专业性,改革相关的学校管理制度和增强教学业绩评价的人文性。
There are four problems in the evaluation of teaching performance in higher education institutions. Firstly, the eval- uation does not take into account the development of teachers and students. Secondly, the reliability and validity of the evalua- tion are not high. Thirdly, the professional level of the participants is not high and professionalism is deeonstrueted by the game of interests. It is necessary to take such measures as setting up the correct view of evaluation on teaching performance, enhan- cing the objectivity and comparability of evaluation index, strengthening the professional evaluation of teaching, reforming the related college management measures so as to increase the humanistic care of teaching performance evaluation.
