急性脑梗死再灌注治疗后颅内出血分型的研究进展

Research progress in classification of intracranial hemorrhage after referfusion therapy of acute cerebral infarction

急性脑梗死再灌注治疗的常见严重并发症为颅内出血,不同程度的颅内出血有不同的治疗和预后,作为评价再灌注治疗效果的指标,其意义也不同。而对于颅内出血的定义及分型不断在发展、更新,逐渐形成了目前较为严谨的分型标准。本研究对急性脑梗死再灌注治疗后颅内出血的分型进行综述,以期为临床实践提供参考。

The common serious complication of acute cerebral infarction reperfusion therapy is intracranial hemorrhage.Different degrees of intracranial hemorrhage have different treatment and prognosis,also,as an index to evaluate the effect of reperfusion therapy,the significance is different.The definition and classification of intracranial hemorrhage are constantly developing and updating,and gradually formed a more stringent classification standard.This study reviews the classification of intracranial hemorrhage after acute cerebral infarction reperfusion therapy,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
