椎动脉支架成形术后脑干梗死患者听觉诱发电位的变化特点

Changes of auditory evoked potentials in patients with brain stem infarction after vertebral artery stenting

目的探讨脑干梗死患者椎动脉支架成形术后脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的变化特点及其与患者临床症状之间的关系。方法选取2015-04—2018-06就诊于郑州大学第五附属医院神经内科行椎动脉支架成形术的脑干梗死患者32例,分别于入院2d内及术后3d行BAEP检查及神经功能缺损评分,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果脑干梗死患者椎动脉支架成形术后3dBAEP绝对潜伏期和波峰间潜伏期均较术前有不同程度的缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑干梗死患者椎动脉支架成形术后3d的神经功能评分总分较术前有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BAEP绝对潜伏期和波峰间潜伏期与神经功能缺损评分的总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论脑干梗死患者椎动脉支架成形术后的BAEP绝对潜伏期和波峰间潜伏期不同程度的缩短,神经功能评分降低,且绝对潜伏期和波峰间潜伏期与神经功能评分的总分有一定的相关性,这对判断脑干梗死患者椎动脉支架成形术后的预后有一定的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the changes of brainstem auditory evoked potential （BAEP） after vertebral artery stenting in patients with brain stem infarction and its relationship with clinical symptoms. Methods Thirty two patients with brainstem infarction who underwent vertebral artery stenting from Department of Neurology in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2018 were enrolled.BAEP and neurological deficit scores were scored within 2 days after admission and 3 days after surgery.The results were statistically analyzed. Results The absolute latency and peak latency of BAEP in patients with brain stem infarction were significantly different than those before surgery （ P 〈0.05）.The total score of neurological function scores in patients with brain stem infarction after 3 days of vertebral artery stenting was lower than that before surgery （ P 〈0.05）.The absolute latency and peak to peak latency of BAEP were positively correlated with the total score of neurological deficit scores （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The absolute latency and peak to peak latency of cerebral infarction patients with vertebral artery stenting are shortened to different extents,neurological function scores are reduced,and the absolute latency and peak to peak latency have a certain correlation with the total score of neurological function scores.It has certain application value for judging the prognosis of patients with brain stem infarction after vertebral artery stenting.
