摘要
针对当下备件研究领域中存在部分保障理论和工程实践联系不紧密的问题,以舰船蒸汽动力装置出海执行任务准备阶段为研究背景,依据维修能力强弱及保障资源需求的不确定性高低,建立了蒸汽动力装置四种不同类型的修理车间控制结构。仓库管理员或修理车间管理员能够依据可修备件不同的控制结构制定更加符合真实情况的蒸汽动力装盒子备件库存策略。论文提出的可修备件控制结构的综合方法,可有效解决目前工程实践中存在的问题。
In order to solve the problem that the supportable theory which is always in the current spare parts research field can hardly satisfy the demands in engineering practice. Four types of differentiated control structure for repair shop are established in accordance with the low or high of the capacity and the low or high of the material uncertainty. According to the differentiated control structure for repairable spare parts, the repairable spare parts inventory strategy which is in line with the realityis formulated by the inventory manager or the repair shop manager. A synthesis method which can effectively settle the various problems in engineering practice is proposed for the control structure of repairable spare parts.
