Numerical Simulation of Flow Field in a Multi-stage Compressor

摘要 为分析某型十级轴流压气机的工作性能和改进途径,利用Gambit、Turbogrid软件对该型压气机进行了模型重构、网格划分及拼接,并通过CFX软件对其多个工况下的流场进行了数值仿真。通过仿真结果与台架实验数据的对比,发现仿真结果精度较高。分析仿真结果表明,该型压气机在设计工况工作稳定,前五级转子叶片前缘存在近音速区域,叶背根部存在小部分低速区;在非设计工况,部分叶片低速区增大,存在气流分离趋势,流动损失有一定增加。 In order to analyze the design performance and improvement of a ten-stage axial compressor, the compressor is rebuilt, meshed and stitched by Gambit and Turbogrid software and CFX software is used to simulate several operating conditions of the compressor. The comparison between the simulation results and the experimental data of the gantry show that the simulation results are of high precision. The simulation results show that this type of compressor is stable in design working conditions, and there is a near-sonic zone at the leading edge of the first five stages of rotor blades, and a small part of the low-velocity region is shown at the dorsal root in the simulation resuh. In off-design conditions, some low-velocity areas of the blade increase, there is a trend of separation of the air flow and there is a certain increase in the flow losses.
