The paper analyzes the status of assessment and evaluation faced by the Standardization Technical Committee, and proposes the management innovation ideas of the Standardization Technical Committee. It also proposes a series of measures and applies to China Electric Power Research Institute under the three aspects of standard revision tasks, daily management and participation in international standardization work. The management level of the Standardization Technical Committee has been effectively improved.
