Based on the current situation, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the new and old kinetic energy in the current economic industry in Shandong province, and probes into the threshold effect, leading effect, catalytic effect and multiplier effect of ＂standardization＋＂ in adjusting the industrial structure to promote the development of enterprises, and its role in promoting the conversion of old and new kinetic energy.
