通过对标准、科技报告和公文相应的编写标准的比较,分析其在层次编排格式上的相同点和差异性。根据分析结果,结合实际工作经验,探讨技术文件的编写规则,提出技术文件编排格式的建议,明确相关要求,减少技术文件格式制定时因参考标准不同而出现的问题。

This paper analyzes the similarities and differences in the format of hierarchical arrangement by comparing the corresponding reference standards of standards, scientifc and technical reports and offcial documents. According to the analysis results, combined with practical work experience, this paper discusses the technical documentation written rules, puts forward suggestions for the technical file format, clear requirements, and reduce the problems arising from different reference standards in the formulation of technical document formats.
