摘要
行业标准是我国标准体系的重要组成部分,论文讲解了主成分分析的原理与数学模型,然后利用SPSS软件对2001—2017年温州各区域企事业单位制定的行业标准进行主成分分析,通过分析结果对温州不同区域的行业标准制定进行评价。
Industry standard is an important part of the standard system in China. This article roughly explained the principle and mathematical model of principal component analysis, and then using the SPSS software to analyze the industry standard in the various regions of Wenzhou in 2001 to 2017. It also evaluate the industry standards of different regions of Wenzhou through the analysis of the results.
