强化护理风险管理在呼吸内科护理中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Intensive Care Risk Management in Respiratory Medicine Nursing

目的讨论强化护理风险管理在呼吸内科护理中的临床价值。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月该院呼吸内科收治的140例患者作为该文研究的对象,以电脑随机法将这140例患者分为常规组与研究组,常规组予以常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施护理风险管理措施,对两组患者护理满意评分、护理投诉评分、护理质量评分以及护理缺陷评分、风险事件发生情况进行观察对比。结果护理后,研究组患者的护理满意评分与护理投诉评分指标明显优于常规组,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组患者的护理质量评分与护理缺陷评分指标明显优于常规组,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者风险事件发生情况的7.14%明显低于常规组的24.29%,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化护理风险管理在呼吸内科中具有十分重要的临床价值,其不仅可以提高护理满意度与护理质量,而且还可以降低护理投诉率、护理缺陷与风险事件发生的机率,值得进行推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of intensive care risk management in respiratory medicine nursing. Methods 140 patients admitted to the hospital for respiratory from January 2016 to January 2018 medicine were selected as the subjects of this study. The 140 patients were divided into routine group and study group by computer randomization method. The routine group received routine nursing. The research group implemented nursing risk on this basis. Manage- ment measures were used to compare and contrast the two groups of patients （care satisfaction score, nursing complaint score, nursing quality score, and nursing defect score, risk event occurrence）. Results After nursing, the nursing satisfaction score and nursing complaint score index of the study group were significantly better than the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After nursing, the nursing quality score and nursing defect of the study group patients were significantly better than the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The 7.14% of the risk events in the study group were significantly lower than the 24.29% in the conventional group, which was statistically different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intensive care risk management has important clinical value in respiratory medicine. It can not only improve nursing satisfaction and quality of care, but also reduce the rate of nursing complaints, nursing defects and risk events. It is worthy of promotion.
