持续质量改进在胸外科护理管理中的运用与效果评价

Application and Effect Evaluation of Continuous Quality Improvement in Nursing Management of Thoracic Surgery

目的探究分析持续质量改进(CQI)用于胸外科管理中的护理效果。方法选取从2017年3—9月该院诊治的86例胸外科住院患者为实施前组,2017年10月—2018年4月该院收治的90例胸外科住院患者为实施后组,对比分析两组护理人员的知识掌握情况以及患者的护理满意度。结果经过定期时长的护理后得出,实施后组的护理满意度为97.8%,实施前组为82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后组护理人员对胸外科相关的知识掌握情况明显优于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过采用CQI的护理路径对胸外科疾病患者展开护理,有助于提升护理人员的专业素养和技能,提高患者对护理的满足程度,值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effects of continuous quality improvement （CQI） on the management of thoracic surgery. Methods 86 patients with thoracic surget7 admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to September 2017 were en- rolled in the pre-operative group. From October 2017 to April 2018, 90 patients with thoracic surgery admitted to the hos- pital were implemented, and comparative analysis of the knowledge of the two groups of nursing staff and the patient＇s sat- isfaction with the care was implemented. Results After regular period of care, the satisfaction degree of the post-implemen- tation group was 97.8%, and the pre-implementation group was 82.5%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After the implementation, the nursing staff related knowledge of thoracic surgery mastery was significantly better than the pre-implementation group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of CQI nursing path- way to provide care for patients with thoracic surgery can help improve the professionalism and skills of nursing staff and improve the patient＇s satisfaction with nursing. It is worthy of promotion and application.
