供给侧改革视角下养老服务现状及保障策略研究

Study on Pension Service Status and Guarantee Strategies from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

在老龄化的社会背景下,如何更好地为老年人提供养老服务,是全面建成小康社会的重要内容。然而我国目前养老服务的现状表现为服务体系不健全、供需不平衡、服务政策不完善等,这些问题严重阻碍了养老服务的快速发展。该文从供给侧结构改革视角出发,了解不同养老模式,分析养老服务需求现状,探索养老服务的发展路径,对我国政府缓解养老服务的供给压力,优化资源配置,制定实施保障策略有重要意义。

Under the social background of old aging, how to better provide the pension services for the senile is a major content of comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society. However, the statuses of current pension services in China are manifested as the undound service system, unbalanced supply and demand, and imperfect service polices, which seriously hinder the rapid development of supply-side reform. Therefore, the paper knows different pension service modes, analyzes the pension service demand status and explores the development route of pension services from the perspective of supply-side reform, and it is of important significance for our government to relieve the supply pressure of pension services and optimize the allocation of resources.
