宁夏与西部十二省份卫生总费用核算结果对比分析研究

Comparative Analysis of the Calculation Results of Total Health Expenditure in Ningxia and the Twelve Provinces of Western China

卫生总费用是卫生经济政策分析的重要指标,综合反映了一个地区经济发展水平、社会对人类健康的重视程度及卫生筹资模式,突出反映政府、社会及个人对卫生健康的投入格局、规模及变化趋势,对评价卫生计生事业改革发展具有重要意义。该文通过分析宁夏近五年来卫生总费用投入情况,并与全国及西部十二省份的卫生总费用核算结果进行对比分析,找出宁夏与全国尤其是西部十二省的优势与差距,从而为制定宁夏卫生计生事业发展政策提供数据支持。

Total health expenditure is an important indicator of health economic policy analysis. It comprehensively reflects the level of economic development in a region, the importance of society to human health and the mode of health financing, and highlights the investment pattern and scale of government, society and individuals in health. And the trend of change is of great significance for evaluating the reform and development of health and family planning. This paper analyzes the total health expenditure in Ningxia in the past five years, and compares the results of the total health expenditures of the 12 provinces in the country and the west to find out the advantages and gaps between Ningxia and the country, especially the 12 provinces in the west, so as to provide data support for Ningxia Health and Family Planning Development Policy.
