摘要
神经内科临床见习始终被看作是连接书本知识和临床实际操作的纽带,不但益于锻炼学生的操作技能,还益于开阔其临床思路以及加强临床意识。神经内科临床见习教学面临的主要问题是课时安排偏少、教师教学精力不足,并且见习病员不足,导致见习病种不全。要提高神经内科的临床见习带教质量,应当带教老师课前进行认真备课,制订带教计划,明确学科带教特征,形成适合神经内科病症诊断的正确临床思路,指导医学生强化基本功练习,改善见习效果。教师在带教之前要认真准备,在现实带教中切实显现主导性,并注意增强同学的参与兴致,帮助其形成正确的临床思路,只有如此,才可真正改进带教效果,促使学员尽快把握临床相关技能。
