哮喘患者感知控制力对糖皮质激素吸入治疗依从性的影响价值分析

Analysis of the Influence of Perceptual Control Ability of Asthma Patients on the Compliance of Glucocorticoid Inhalation Therapy

目的分析哮喘患者感知控制力对糖皮质激素吸入治疗依从性的影响价值体会。方法方便选取哮喘患者一共100例作为该文研究内容中的研究对象,收取时间为2015年1月—2017年1月,100例哮喘患者均实施糖皮质激素吸入治疗,通过对每位哮喘患者感知控制力进行调查,按照感知控制力进行分组,分为观察组(50例感知控制力水平较高)、对照组(50例感知控制力水平较较低),将两组患者治疗依从性以及生活质量评分进行对比。结果观察组哮喘患者的治疗依从性94.00%(依从47例、不依从3例)高于对照组患者治疗依从性54.00%(X^2=20.790 0,P<0.05);观察组哮喘患者情感领域(90.27±2.55)分、心理领域(90.75±1.68)分、社会领域(93.11±5.21)分以及独立生理能力(91.67±1.21)分高于对照组患者(t=18.210 7、38.293 2、10.468 1、37.341 4,P<0.05)。结论若患者哮喘感知控制力较低,易导致糖皮质激素吸入治疗依从性受到严重影响,而患者哮喘感知控制力较高,能显著提升患者糖皮质激素吸入治疗依从性。

Objective To analyze the value of the perceived control ability of asthma patients on the compliance of glucocorticoid inhalation therapy. Methods Convenient select a total of 100 patients with asthma were selected as the selected subjects in this study. The Collection time is January 2015 to January 2017, 100 patients with asthma were treated with glucocorticoid inhalation. The perception control ability of asthma patients was investigated and grouped according to the perceptual control force. They were divided into a group of observation group（50 patients with higher level of perceived control power） and a group with control group（50 patients with lower level of perceived control）. Treatment adherence and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance of the asthmatic patients in the observation group was 94.00%（accompering 47 cases and not complying with 3 cases）. The treatment compliance was 54.00%higher than that of the control group（X^2=20.790 0,P〈0.05）. The observation group had emotional aspects of asthma patients of（90.27±2.55）points, psychological field（90.75±1.68）points, social field（93.11±5.21）points and independent physiological ability（91.67±1.21）points were higher than the control group（t=18.210 7, 38.293 2, 10.684 1, 37.341 4,P〈0.05）. Conclusion If the patient’s asthma perception control is low, it is easy to cause glucocorticoid inhalation treatment compliance is seriously affected, and the patient’s asthma perception control ability is higher, which can significantly improve the patient’s glucocorticoid inhalation treatment compliance.
