摘要
目的探究无创呼吸机治疗重症支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法方便选择2017年2月—2018年2月在该院接受治疗的55例重症支气管哮喘患者。随机分为对照组26例和实验组29例。对照组给予常规药物进行治疗,实验组在对照组常规治疗的基础上给予药物治疗联合无创呼吸机治疗,观察在治疗前后,两组患者重症支气管哮喘主要症状的变化。结果所有55例患者均成功治愈。实验组治疗3 h后,血气分析指标改善更明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗前PEF为(48.87±18.98)L/min,治疗后为(361.22±32.87)L/min;对照组治疗前PEF为(48.55±16.42)L/min,治疗后为(316.44±30.87)L/min。与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将非侵入性呼吸机与常规药物联合用于治疗重度支气管哮喘患者更为有效,并且可以帮助快速纠正患者的酸中毒,值得应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma.Methods 55 patients with severe bronchial asthma conveniently who were treated in the hospital from February 2017 to February 2018. They were randomly divided into control group(n=26) and experimental group(n=29). The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the experimental group was given a combination of drug therapy and non-invasive ventilator on the basis of conventional treatment in the control group, Changes in the main symptoms of severe bronchial asthma were observed in both groups before and after treatment. Results All 55 patients were successfully cured. After 3 hours of treatment in the experimental group, the improvement of blood gas analysis index was more obvious, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P〈0.05). The PEF of the experimental group was(48.87±18.98)L/min before treatment and(361.22±32.87)L/min after treatment. The PEF of the control group was(48.55±16.42)L/min before treatment and(316.44±30.87)L/min after treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion It is more effective to use non-invasive ventilators in combination with conventional drugs for the treatment of patients with severe bronchial asthma, and can help to quickly correct acidosis in patients.
