利福喷丁与利福平在肺结核治疗中的药效比较及安全性探究

Comparison of Efficacy and Safety of Rifapentine and Rifampicin in the Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的探讨利福喷丁与利福平在肺结核治疗中的药效比较及安全性。方法方便选择2016年9月—2018年1月,该院收治的86例肺结核患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组患者采取利福平治疗,研究组患者采取利福喷丁治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果与不良反应发生情况。结果研究组有效率为93.0%,对照组有效率为79.1%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.935,P<0.05),研究组治疗效果有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺结核患者医治过程中,采取利福平进行治疗的药效确切,药物对人体的安全性较高,明显改善病患者在临床中的症状,值得实践推广。

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of rifapentine and rifampicin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods From September 2016 to January 2018, 86 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the hospital were selected conveniently as observation subjects. According to the random number table method, 43 patients in the control group and the study group were included. Patients in the control group were treated with rifampicin, and patients in the study group were treated with rifapentine. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was 93.0%, the effective rate of the control group was 79.1%, and the diffcrent was statistically significant（X^2=4.935,P〈0.05）. The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group the diffcrent was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group the diffcrent was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of tuberculosis patients, the efficacy of rifampicin treatment is exact. The safety of the drug is higher in the human body, and the symptoms in patients are obviously improved. It is worthy of practice.
