急诊护理干预对急性创伤患者抢救成功率、并发症及预后影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Emergency Nursing Intervention on the Success Rate, Complications and Prognosis of Patients with Acute Trauma

目的探讨急诊护理干预对急性创伤患者抢救成功率、并发症及预后的影响。方法随机选取2017年1月—2018年1月期间的70例急性创伤患者当作研究对象。采取随机数字表法,将70例急性创伤患者分为研究组、对照组2组,各35例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受急诊护理干预。观察并比较2组的抢救结果、并发症发生情况及预后情况。结果研究组的抢救成功率91.43%明显高于对照组的抢救成功率77.14%(X^2=5.351,P=0.034),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率22.86%明显低于对照组的并发症发生率51.43%(X^2=6.827,P=0.017),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的致残率11.43%、病死率8.57%明显低于对照组的致残率42.86%、病死率22.86%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=6.448、5.684,P=0.019、0.032)。结论为急性创伤患者实施急诊护理干预,有利于提高抢救成功率、减少并发症、降低致残率、病死率,从而改善患者的预后,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing intervention on the success rate, complications and prognosis of patients with acute trauma. Methods 70 patients with acute trauma from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomized to study. 70 patients with acute trauma were divided into study group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine care and the study group received emergency care intervention. The rescue results, complications and prognosis of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The success rate of rescue in the study group was 91.43%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（77.14%）（X^2=5.351, P=0.034）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The complication rate of the study group was 22.86. The complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group 51.43%（X^2=6.827, P=0.017）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the disability rate of the study group was 11.43%, and the mortality rate was 8.57%. The morbidity rate of the control group was 42.86%, and the mortality rate was 22.86%. The difference was statistically significant（X^2=6.448, 5.684,P =0.019, 0.032）. Conclusion Emergency nursing intervention for patients with acute trauma is beneficial to improve the success rate of rescue, reduce complications, reduce morbidity and mortality, and improve the prognosis of patients. It is worth promoting.
