经会阴超声在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用

Application of Perineal Ultrasound in Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的探讨女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的经会阴超声检查结果。方法方便选取该院2016年8月—2017年5月期间收治的34例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者和同期接受体检的35名健康体检者作为研究对象,分别作为观察组和对照组,经会阴超声检查后,比较两组受检者检查结果的差异。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的尿道旋转角度(47.39±7.06)°>(18.44±5.28)°、膀胱尿道后角(128.34±9.82)°>(96.41±5.67)°、宫颈下移距离(21.85±4.34)mm>(13.97±4.18)mm以及盆膈裂孔面积(17.59±1.75)mm2>(14.02±1.42)mm2相对更高(t=5.047、5.091、5.248、4.738)(P<0.05)。在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者的经会阴超声检查中,与二维超声检查结果相比,三维超声检查对于疾病的阳性检出率(97.06%>91.18%)相对更高(P<0.05)。结论在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床诊断中,经会阴超声检查结果能真实的反映出患者的病情,能够为临床治疗工作的开展提供重要的支持。

Objective To investigate the results of perineal ultrasonography of female pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods 34 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and 35 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination during the period from August 2016 to May 2017 were convenient selected as the observation group and the control group. After the ultrasound examination, the difference between the examination results of the two groups of subjects was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the urethral rotation angle of the observation group（47.39±7.06）°〉（18.44±5.28）°, and the posterior urinary tract of the bladder（128.34±9.82）°〉（96.41± 5.67）°, cervical sag distance（21.85±4.34）mm〉（13.97±4.18） mm and pelvic hole area（17.59±1.75）mm2〉（14.02±1.42） mm2 was relatively higher（t=5.047,5.091,5.248,4.738）（P〈0.05）. In the perineal ultrasonography of women with pelvic floor dysfunction, compared with the results of two-dimensional ultrasound, the positive detection rate of the three-dimensional ultrasound examination for the disease（97.06%〉91.18%） was relatively higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of female pelvic floor dysfunction, the results of perineal ultrasonography can truly reflect the patient’s condition and provide important support for the development of clinical treatment.
