新医改背景下医学生人文素质培育探讨

Discussion on the cultivation of medical students' humanistic quality in the context of medical and health system reform

医疗卫生体制改革目前已成为人民群众关注的热点,对医务工作者的职业道德和人文素质提出了更高的要求。为了解在医改已进入攻坚期的背景下,当前在校医学生人文素质的认知现状,本研究以山西医科大学部分在校医学生为研究对象,通过调查问卷的方式,围绕当前医学生对医学人文的认知和践行情况以及医学生医学人文培育模式路径探索两大内容,对医学生人文素质存在的不足以及制约医学人文素质培育的主要问题等现实问题进行了思考和探索,为医学人文培育的推进提出切实可行的建议。

The reform of medical and health system has put forward higher requirements for the professional ethics and humanistic quality of medical workers. Taking medical students in Shanxi Medical University as the research object, this study explores two major contents of the medical students＇ cognition and practice of medical humanities and the path of humanistic cultivation mode for medical students. It also discusses some practical problems, such as the deficiency of the humanistic quality of medical students and the main problems hindering the cultivation of medical humanistic quality in order to put forward practical suggestions for the promotion of medi-cal humanities.
