摘要
合作学习作为一种重要的学习模式,它带给高校青年教师全新的行动方式和教学理念,成为其专业发展的有效路径。随着网络技术和数字技术的发展,新媒体赋予了合作学习全新的价值内涵。本文在深入分析合作学习与高校青年教师专业发展关系基础上,进而提出构建新媒体视角下合作学习作用机制,以推进高校青年教师专业发展进程。
As an important learning mode, cooperative learning brings a new action mode and a teaching concept to young teachers in colleges and universities and becomes an effective path for their professional development. With the development of network technology and digital technology, new media has given new value to cooperative learning. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the relationship between cooperative learning and the professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities, this paper further proposes the construction of cooperative learning mechanism from the perspective of new media to promote the professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities.
