摘要
运用文献资料法、实验法、数理分析法,对普通高校篮球训练中实施功能性力量训练的效果与影响进行了研究。结果显示:运球绕杆、1分钟自抢自投、上一步持球摸高等方面存在显著性差异;折返运球和罚球等成绩无明显差异。功能性力量训练,特别是结合轻负荷的功能性训练,能通过弥补专项技术所需肌肉的力量弱链,提升相应肌肉力量的使用效率,提高核心区稳定性以达到发展专项运动能力的效果。
Using literature method,experimental method and mathematical analysis method, the effect and in- fluence of implementing functional strength training in colleges and universities basketball training are stud- ied. The results, there are significant differences in dribbling around the pole, 1 minute self - propelled shot, and touching high with the ball by jumping one step while there are no significant differences in the results such as dribbling back and forth and free throws. Functional strength training, especially combined with light load functional training, can achieve the effect of developing special exercise ability by- making up for the weak muscles needed for special techniques,improving the use efficiency of comesponding muscle strength, and improving the stability of the core area.
