多因素干预对超重老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者健康行为与症状控制的影响

Effect of multiple factor intervention on healthy behavior and symptom control in overweight elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨多因素干预对超重老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者健康行为及症状控制的影响。方法选择2016年6月至2017年6月在我院接受治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者80例。将患者随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组行常规干预,观察组实施多因素干预。比较两组患者依从性、健康行为、症状控制及膝关节功能。结果观察组依从程度高于对照组(P <0. 05),健康行为与膝关节功能得分均高于对照组(P <0. 05),症状得分明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论多因素干预可明显提高超重老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者治疗依从性,改善其健康行为、症状控制及膝关节功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of multi-factor intervention on health behavior and symptom control in overweight elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods To compare status of compliance, health behavior, symptom control and knee function, 80 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were observed, and were randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members. The control group adopted routine intervention, while the study group adopted multiple factor intervention. Results The compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group（ P ＜0.05）. The health behavior and knee function scores were higher than the control group（ P ＜0.05）, and the symptom scores were significantly lower than the control group（ P ＜0.05）. Conclusion The application of multiple factors intervention could effectively improve the treatment compliance of overweight elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis, enhance their health behavior, symptom control and knee joint function.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
