针对性护理在腹腔镜宫颈癌根治手术配合中的应用

Application of targeted nursing in laparoscopic radical surgery for cervical cancer

目的探讨针对性护理在腹腔镜宫颈癌根治手术配合中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月我院行腹腔镜宫颈癌根治手术患者40例,随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组应用常规手术护理,研究组应用针对性手术护理。比较两组患者护理满意度和不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论腹腔镜宫颈癌根治手术治疗过程当中,针对性手术护理的治疗效果理想,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in laparoscopic radical surgery for cervical cancer. Methods To compare the satisfaction and incidence of adverse reaction, 40 cases of patients, who underwent laparoscopic radical surgery for cervical cancer in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017, were observed and randomly divided into control group and study group with equal members. The control group adopted routine surgical nursing, while the study group adopted targeted surgical nursing. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group（ P ＜0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction in the study group was lower than that in the control group（ P ＜0.05）. Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in the laparoscopic radical surgery for cervical cancer had remarkable therapeutic effect,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
