基于马斯洛需求层次理论的护理管理在消毒供应室护理质量管理中的应用

Application of nursing management based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in nursing quality management of disinfection supply room

目的探讨基于马斯洛需求层次理论的护理管理在消毒供应室护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取我院消毒供应室2015年8月至2017年8月的10名护理人员进行研究,同时选取50个消毒包为观察对象,对医务人员进行基于马斯洛需求层次理论的护理管理,比较管理前后护理人员对各指标的临床满意度以及消毒包合格率。结果实施基于该理论的护理管理后,护理人员各项指标的满意度评分、消毒合格率均明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论基于马斯洛需求层次理论的护理管理在消毒供应室护理质量管理中的应用效果良好,能够提高临床护理人员对消毒供应室护理人员的临床满意度以及护理质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing management based on Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs theory in nursing quality management of disinfection supply room. Methods To select 10 nursing staff who worked in our hospital’s disinfection supply room from August 2015 to August 2017 randomly for research. At the same time, 50 disinfection packages were selected as observation objects, and medical staff were treated by nursing management based on Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs. The clinical satisfaction of the nursing staff before and after management and the results of the disinfection package pass rate were compared. Results After implementing the nursing management based on the theory, the satisfaction scores of the indicators of the nursing staff and the disinfection pass rate are significantly higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant（ P ＜ 0.05 ）. Conclusion The nursing management based on Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs theory has a good application effect in the quality management of disinfection supply room, which can improve the clinical satisfaction and quality of nursing among the nursing staff in the disinfection supply room.
