医用半自动清洗机清洗小管腔类手术器械清洁的效果观察

Observation on the effect of medical semi-automatic cleaning machine on cleaning small tube-type surgical instruments

目的探讨医用半自动清洗机清洗小管腔类手术器械的效果。方法 2016年1月至2018年1月选择1000例各类小管腔类器械,按先后顺序随机等分为对照组和试验组,两组器械均接受常规清洗流程,试验组在此基础上加用医用管腔类器械半自动清洗机清洗。比较两组管腔类器械清洗效果。结果 (1)试验组目测检查合格情况低于对照组(P <0. 05)。(2)试验组放大镜检查合格情况低于对照组(P <0. 05)。(3)试验组白条法管腔内壁检查合格情况高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论医用半自动清洗机清洗对小管腔类手术器械清洁效果较好,可推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of medical semi- automatic cleaning machine on cleaning small tube-type surgical instruments. Methods To select 1000 small tube-type surgical instruments in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018, and they were randomly divided into control group and test group according to the order. Both groups were cleaned by the routine cleaning process. The test group was cleaned by semi-automatic cleaning machine for tube-type surgical instruments on this basis. The cleaning effects of two types of tube-type surgical instruments were compared. Results （1） The qualified cases by visual inspection of the test group were lower than that of the control group（ P ＜0.05）. （2） The qualified cases by the magnifying lens check in the test group were lower than that in the control group（ P ＜0.05）. （3） The qualified cases by examination of the inner wall of the tube cavity with bar method in the test group were higher than that of the control group（ P ＜0.05）. Conclusion The medical semi-automatic cleaning machine shows better cleaning effect on small tube-type surgical instruments, therefore it should be popularized.
