摘要
高校的青年教师是一支充满生机,奋发向上的队伍,逐渐成为教师队伍中的主力军。加强青年教师队伍建设,是高校发展过程中的重要战略任务。本文结合我校实际,对我校如何培养青年教师进行阐述。
Young teachers in higher schools with great passion and lofty ideals are the leading strength among the teachers.The strategic task of higher schools＇ development is that strengthening the construction of the young teaching staff.Based on the present situation of this College,the paper studies how to cultivate young teachers.
