Research on Performance Evaluation of China's Local Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance Based on Technology Foresight : Taking Guangxi as an Example

基于技术预见的视野,以广西为实证,构建一套评价指标体系,确定指标权重和标准,采用统计综合评价方法对各级指标进行打分评价,对我国地方产业技术创新战略联盟绩效状况进行评价分析,为有关政府部门提升产业技术创新战略联盟绩效提供决策依据。

Based on the vision of technology foresight, taking Guangxi as an empirical study, a set of evaluation index system is constructed, the index weight and standard are determined, and the statistical comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the indicators at all levels. The performance of China＇ s local industrial technology innovation strategic alliance is evaluated and analyzed, and the relevant government departments should improve the industrial technology. The performance of innovation strategic alliance provides the basis for decision-making.
