产业战略转型是各国产业发展多次经历的阶段,技术预见作为一种核心通用技术的分析方法,为构件科技创新体系,引导促进产业战略转型起到支撑作用,并保证创新和产业战略转型的高效性、可持续性、可执行性。
The strategic transformation of industry enjoys a stage that various countries have experienced with many lessons in industrial development. As an analysis method of core general technology, technology foresight plays a supporting role in building a scientific and technological innovation system and guiding the promotion of industrial strategic transformation. Meanwhile, it ensures the efficiency, sustainability and enforceability of innovation and strategic transformation.
