摘要
厦门地区社区护理队伍在发展中出现了许多问题:人员配备不足、职业稳定性差、队伍老化、结构不合理、任务要求复杂以及继续教育缺乏等。文章旨在通过实际调研,借鉴发达国家的先进经验,从人才源头、入职资格、继续教育及待遇等各个层面综合考虑,提出采取合理的举措以改善目前社区护理队伍发展的困境,提升其整体实力,从而推动社区医疗卫生事业的整体发展。
The community nursing teams in Xiamen have existed many problems in development: insufficiency of personnel, lack of occupation stability, team aging, unreasonable structure, complicated task request, lack of further education, etc. This article aims at through an practical investigation and learning advanced experience from developed countries, from the perspective of serious aspects including talents resource, entry qualification, further education and pay, putting forward reasonable measures to improve the dilemma and overall strength, so that it will promote the integral improvement of community health service.
