摘要
日本的"宽松教育"起始于1977年的《学习指导要领》的修订,经过之后1987年、1998年的共三次的修订,日本的基础教育不断继续着"宽松教育"之路。但随着日本学生"学习能力下降",日本社会对"宽松教育"的批评声高涨,2008年修订的新的《学习指导要领》中"宽松教育"不再被提及,现在已明确宣告了与"宽松教育"的诀别。但对于"宽松教育",不应只是否定。厘清问题所在,继承其合理的部分,才是应有的态度。
Japanese"loose education" began with the revision of" Learning Guidelines" in 1977. After three revisions in 1987 and 1998, Japan's basic education continued to be"loose education". However, with the learning ability of Japanese students reduced, the criticism of "loose education" in Japanese society has risen. The"loose education" in the new"Leaming Guidelines" revised in 2008 is no longer mentioned. The distinction with"easy education" has now been made clear. However , "loose education" should not be completely neglected, yet, the proper attitude is, on one hand, to clarify the problem, on the other hand, to inherit its reasonable part.
