摘要
鼓室乳突手术常需扩大耳道口，如行耳甲成形术，为了解是否影响耳甲腔共振特性，对６０例病人术前、术后耳甲腔共振特性进行了测量。结果表明：耳甲腔共振峰频率术前为５５３３±７３２Ｈｚ，术后为５６８９±８４Ｈｚ，两者无差别；但振幅却下降了４．３３ｄＢＳＰＬ，有非常显著差别。
Investigated were the effects of conchaplasty upon concha resonance characteristics.The concha resonance characteristics of 60 patients were measured pre-and postoperatively.The results indicated that the resonance frequency remained consistent,but the peak amplitude was decreased by 4.33dBSPL.
