摘要
近年来,采用转录组学和蛋白组学研究方法对水母特定状态下水母毒素的分子表达水平进行了全方位度量,开发利用了水母毒素中以TBA2和TBA3为代表的多肽和以穿孔毒素蛋白Cf TX-A和Cf TX-B为代表的蛋白质等活性物质,并鉴定其全长互补DNA。随着研究分析手段不断更新,水母触手组学分析突破了传统液相色谱的鉴定限制,先后在特异性毒素蛋白与潜在毒素蛋白、毒素家族进化水平以及鉴定分离毒性反应特定靶分子等方面取得了重要进展,以此为基础分离纯化水母毒素的活性物质、活性机制为临床毒理研究和药理应用提供参考。
In recent years,transcriptomic and proteomic methods have been used to measure the molecular expression level of jellyfish toxins under a specific state.Active substances such as the peptides represented by TBA2 and TBA3 and the protein represented by the pore-forming toxin proteins CfTX-A and CfTX-B have been developed and utilized. Their complementary DNAs have also been identified in full-length.With the continuous updating of research approaches,the transcriptomics and proteomics of jellyfish tentacle analysis has broken the limitations of traditional liquid chromatography identification,and made a lot of progress in the specific toxin proteins and potential toxin proteins,toxin family evolution and the target molecule identification in the toxic reaction.Research productions like separation and purification of active substance of toxins,mechanism in toxin biologic activity,will provide references for the clinical toxicology research and pharmacological application.
