穿透素3在肺部疾病诊疗中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 穿透素3是首个被发现的长正五聚蛋白,是先天性免疫中体液免疫的重要组成部分,通过病原体识别、补体激活、调理作用、白细胞募集及糖基化依赖的炎性调节等在免疫系统中发挥着重要作用。穿透素-3在多种疾病的炎症调控中发挥重要作用,尤其是肺部疾病,可作为一种诊断疾病的新型生物学标志物。穿透素-3通过参与多种生理及病理过程,与多种肺部疾病的发生与发展密切相关,其可用于肺部疾病的诊断、评定疾病的活动性和严重性、疗效检测、判断预后等。穿透素3还可能是某些肺部疾病的保护因素。 Pentraxin-3 is the first long positive pentameric protein discovered,an important component of humoral immunity in innate immunity,which plays an important role through pathogen recognition,complement activation,opsonization,leukocyte recruitment,and glycosylation-dependent inflammation in the immune system.Pentraxin-3 also plays an important role in the regulation of inflammation in a variety of diseases,especially lung diseases,and can be used as a new biological marker for diagnosis.Through its participation in a variety of physiological and pathological processes,pentraxin-3 is closely related to the occurrence and development of various lung diseases.It can be used for the diagnosis of lung diseases,assessing the activity and severity of the disease,detecting the efficacy,and judging the prognosis.It may also be a protective factor for certain lung diseases.
