二氧化钛在离线镀膜玻璃保护方面的应用

摘要 磁控溅射镀膜属于软镀膜,尤其是含有银材料的高性能Low-E镀膜产品,膜层软且不耐加工,在镀膜基片的储运、再加工过程中,如有操作不慎则容易导致膜层提前损坏,包括膜层划伤、氧化、耐加工能力变差等情况,最终导致经济损失。因此提供一种能提高产品耐加工性并降低对产品不利影响的工艺,分析了各种膜层保护材料的优缺点,着重介绍TiO_2保护膜的耐氧化、耐刷洗、耐研磨等优异性能。综合各项性能参数得出:TiO_2可作为镀膜玻璃良好的膜层保护材料。 The film coated by magnetron sputtering process is a kind of soft coating ,especially the high-performance low-e coating products with silver substance. This film is not only soft, but also not resistant to processing. In the process of storage, transportation and reprocessing of the coated product, it is easily damaged, including scratched, oxidized, deteriorated in processing, which ultimately leads to economic losses. Therefore, it provides a process that can improve the processability of the product and avoid the adverse impact on the product. The advantages and disadvantages of various protective films are analyzed and the excellent performance of titanium dioxide film, such as oxidation-resitance, brushing-resistance, abrasion-resistance, are introduced in details. The results show that titanium dioxide can be used as a good protective film for coated glass.
