摘要
随着人们对农产品质量安全的重视,农产品检验检测对整体的质量控制有了更高的要求。抽样作为检测前的重要环节,其质量控制也至关重要。本文以蔬菜、水果、食用菌的抽检为例,对抽样环节的抽样准备、抽样原则,不同地点的具体抽样方法、抽样量、注意事项以及抽样单的填写作了详细说明。
As people attach more and more importance to quality and safety of agricultural products, the testing and inspection of agricultural products has higher requirements for the whole quality control. As an essential link before inspection, the quality control of sample is also important. Taking the sampling of vegetables, fruits and edible mushrooms as cases, this paper illustrated the sampling preparations, sampling principles, specific sampling methods in different locations, sampling amounts, precautions and filling of the sampling list.
